We carry multiple kinds of smoked meats that are either pork or turkey based. Among our pork smoked meat, we offer smoked ham hocks, ham shank, neckbone, pork chops, pigtail, country hocks, hog jaw and seasoned bone. Among our turkey smoked meat, we offer smoked turkey tail, drumsticks, neck, and more.  

 

We also carry smoked Georgia sausage (Mild or Hot), fresh or sliced souse (also known as hoghead cheese), sliced liver cheese, chitterlings, hog maws and pig feet, and more. 

 

We also carry traditional southern produce sourced from Georgia, including collard greens, mustards and turnips, as well as okra.
